Nipples – Areola tattooing
This treatment is ideal for ladies who have gone through breast cancer treatment which has caused them to either lose their nipple or caused scarring around the areola.
Although often referred to a nipple tattooing, nipple/areola restoration or micro-pigmentation can be carried out on breast reconstructions. Many ladies feel more confident and self-assured after this treatment. The formation of a nipple after reconstruction either by surgery and micropigmentation, or by micropigmentation alone, can change the entire appearance. Nipple/areola micropigmentation can also detract the eye from the scarring that maybe across the breast area.
This treatment can be undertaken to either colour in a reconstructed nipple, to create the impression of a nipple using 3D techniques, or to blend in scarring around the areola complex making it less obvious.
We can also add depth and colour, or increase the size or shape of a nipple or add colour for patients who are just not happy with their natural nipples.
There is almost no pain associated with this treatment although there may be some slight discomfort. Often the area is still numb from surgery but we can use numbing creams if required. The treatment has instant results.

Eyes – Combination brow enhancements
Eyebrows are one of the most important facial features. They provide a frame for the eyes, giving definition and their shape can influence facial expression.
Combination brow enhancements use Ombre and micro-blading techniques.
This treatment works well with people who have low defined eyebrows.
The process is carried out with a fine needle, which puts pigment into the dermal layer of your skin, leaving you with a natural but more full and defined eyebrow.
The treatment takes around 2 hours.

Kathryn has worked with patients for many years, often helping them rebuild their lives and gain confidence after a cancer diagnosis and the effects of their treatment. A lot of ladies sadly have a mastectomy which is often followed by breast reconstruction, once this is done Kathryn can then help to create a real looking breast with a 3D nipple and areola restoration tattoo.
Kathryn qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1988 and has worked in many areas of speciality including working as a Macmillan Nurse in breast oncology.
